Thank you for your interest in participating in the LAPSE Project with Monash University!  

In this project, we are investigating the differences in attentional lapses in adults diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) and typically developing adults.

We are looking for participants who are: 
 ✓ aged between 18 and 35 years old 
✓ have a diagnosis of ADHD
 ✓ have never had a major illness or brain disorder (e.g. history of neurological illness, including head injury, psychosis, epilepsy)
 
This study will comprise of:
  • an interview with a clinician (approx. 1.5-2 hours)
  • online questionnaires (approx. 30 minutes)
  • and a visit to Monash University to complete a computerised task (approx. 2 hours)
 
You will receive up to $100 for the time contributed to the project (approximately 5 hours) at the conclusion of your participation. 
Please note: you must complete all parts of the project in order to be reimbursed.

 
If you would like to participate, please read the explanatory statement and complete the consent form. The first questionnaire will follow - this will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. I understand that I am providing my details to be contacted by the research team for further information about participating in this research. I understand that my information will be kept private and confidential and will only be accessed by members of the research team. Some of my data will initially be processed and stored on computer servers maintained by the Qualtrics platform, but will be downloaded to internal servers maintained by Monash University and deleted from Qualtrics servers. I understand that I must first undergo a screening process and that I will not receive any payment if I am deemed ineligible or otherwise do not participate.
