Student Research:
This project is a student research project as part of the Monash Year 4 Radiography and Medical Imaging program. This study aims to explore the perceptions, barriers, and opportunities related to research engagement and culture among radiography students and radiographers in Australia. A secondary aim is to identify strategies and initiatives that can enhance research capacity and foster a research-friendly environment in radiography education and clinical practice. By participating you will have the opportunity to contribute to a deeper understanding of the barriers and challenges to research engagement in radiography, which could inform strategies to improve the research culture in the field.

You have been invited to participate in this research because, as a qualified radiographer, your experiences and perspectives are crucial to understanding the barriers to engaging in research within medical imaging. By sharing your insights, you can help identify challenges and opportunities that will contribute to fostering a more supportive research culture in radiography education and practice.
